Founded in 2025, the Ropin' Roosters represent a new chapter in Randolph County’s rich baseball tradition, bringing exciting collegiate summer baseball back to a community that loves the sport.
Craven Stadium holds a special place in the history of the ONSL, having hosted the league’s very first team when it launched in 2018. After a brief hiatus to focus on supporting local legion ball, the league has returned to its flagship field with a new team, a fresh look, and an energized commitment to delivering high-quality baseball experiences to fans in Randolph County and beyond.
The Ropin' Roosters embody the grit, passion, and community spirit of Randolph County. The team is composed of top collegiate athletes from across the country, competing with wood bats to honor the traditional roots of the game.
